两个问题:

1)SAPI不允许您重新分配事件目标,因此该行

pV->SetNotifyWin32Event();

将永远失败。

2)您需要发送消息以传递事件。所以不要打电话
pV->WaitUntilDone(INFINITE);

您需要获取句柄和泵浦消息,直到设置了事件为止:
