我在Visual Studio 2017和Visual Basic应用程序中遇到了相同的问题。
它在刚更新的计算机上安装得很好（赢得10版），但是没有最新的更新安装失败。
通过转到项目属性，选择Windows选项来解决。在这里您可以注释掉dpiaware，从而引起问题。
