您没有显示您有哪些索引,但我强烈建议您的索引将覆盖您正在筛选的所有列。
在Postgres 11中,可以使用COVERING indexes来完成,例如在tablescheduling_flownode中,您将拥有如下索引:

  ON scheduling_flownode(target_object_id)
    INCLUDE (state, root_node);

在Postgres10中,只需在索引中包含列:
