php - 缓慢的PHP过程

似乎GetEmailCue可能是问题所在，因为如果我在SendTheLetter中注释它，函数将立即执行，如果我直接从文件运行GetEmailCue，该函数也将立即执行，但当我在SendTheLetter中运行它时，它将永远存在。
