此问题源自TYPO3，在s caron（š）工作的情况下，我无法在RTE中插入c caron（č）。但是很快我意识到，当我在phpMyAdmin中直接插入c caron时，也会出现该问题。
DB和表中的字符集均为UTF8_unicode_ci，我也尝试了UTF8mb4_unicode_ci，但均未成功。
错误：Warning: #1366 Incorrect string value: '\xC4\x8D \x0D\x0A' for column 'bodytext' at row 1

感谢您的意见！我发现了错误：数据库为UTF-8，表为UTF-8，但字段为Latin-1 ...大声笑！更改为UTF-8，现在可以使用。感谢你的帮助！
