使用桌面TTS引擎,而Microsoft.Speech.SpeechSynthesis
使用服务器TTS引擎。从编程的角度来看,差异相对较小,但从许可的角度来看,则存在很大差异;服务器TTS引擎是单独许可的。
但是,System.Speech.SpeechSynthesis
和Microsoft.Speech.SpeechSynthesis
都是不推荐使用的API,并且新开发应基于Windows.Media.SpeechSynthesis
