这是对我有用的（OSX 10.10.2）
通过MacPorts安装unixODBC无效。端口本身
安装并自动更新包含路径和编译器
查找sql.h。但是随后链接器失败。
通过Homebrew安装unixodbc的作品。包含路径不是
已更新，但是可以解决，如其他答案所示。
对于odbc软件包的安装，可以使用以下shell脚本：

SRC_ODBC=/usr/local/Cellar/unixodbc/2.3.2_1/include
export C_INCLUDE_PATH=$C_INCLUDE_PATH:$SRC_ODBC
