我通过将属性Hashtable作为string传递来解决了这个问题。

psake TestProperties -properties "@{tags='test'}"

我还建议从命令提示符而不是Powershell运行命令。因为psake命令通过调用.bat文件工作，然后调用.cmd依次执行.ps1文件，所以在属性中使用＆符会导致从Powershell执行命令时出现问题。

例如，以下命令从命令提示符成功运行，但从Powershell控制台运行时出错：

psake TestProperties -properties "@{tags='test^&wip'}"

请注意使用^转义&字符。
