您必须将toa.models.Absolutedollarvalue留在INSTALLED_APPS之外，它是在加载toa应用程序时加载的（在其上面的行）。您不必单独在应用程序中加载文件。您现在正在尝试将模型作为单独的应用程序加载。

如果toa是您尚未编写的python / django库，则可能是由于版本不兼容问题引起的
