基本错误
error C4703: potentially uninitialized local pointer variable
仅通过使用NULL初始化变量即可解决此错误。但是实际上这不是一个错误，它是警告，可能已在项目设置中关闭。
genome.cpp, population.cpp, species.cpp中发生错误所以C4703只是错误
NEAT实现的重要部分，这意味着它可以使用Visual C++轻松编译。
在使用NEAT解决极平衡任务时会发生其他错误。它们可能仅被视为用法NEAT的示例。
