我面对并解决了这个问题。
这是因为tcl目录中的./configure失败。

cd Tcl
bash ./configure
cd ..
make
sudo make install

按照上面的步骤安装stk。
请小心,ubuntu的sh不是bash,dash。
由于某些不兼容,它有时无法执行shell脚本。
