多亏了回复，我设法使它正常工作。问题是我使用的是redis 2.4，并且需要2.6或更高版本。现在，我可以在“地图查看器”中看到我的实体。

可能redis版本太旧了。 EVAL / EVALSHA命令是在Redis 2.6中引入的。
