我可以通过确保multidex.install行在调用super.attachbasecontext之后修复这个问题。如果在super.attach之前调用install，显然它没有正确注册。不过，简单地更改应用程序类以扩展多索引应用程序（而不是应用程序）可能是更好的选择。
注意：扩展multidexapplication之后，不再需要重写attachbasecontext并调用multidex.install（this）。如果您查看multidexapplication（here）的源代码，您将看到该类的全部用途是为您调用install。
