我收到了相同的异常，问题是OpenEJB的类路径上有两个persistence.xml。
当我删除其中一个时，问题就解决了。
在部分OpenEJB上，异常消息没有帮助，但是如果您调试org.apache.openejb.config.Appmodule的hasFailures()或hasErrors()方法，则可以在EjbModule.getValidation()调用中看到更多有用的信息! (版本4.0.0)。
