如果查看WixBA的源代码，它们将声明一个全局Threading.Dispatcher，然后在重写的Run()方法中，存在以下行:

Threading.Dispatcher.Run();

我遇到了类似的问题，并且向我的引导程序应用程序中类似地添加了Threading.Dispatcher来解决这些问题。

另外，如果您的Bootstrapper应用程序依赖于其他任何dll，则需要将它们作为<Payload/>包括在<BootstrapperApplicationRef/>下。
