R树将所有点存储在叶节点中。
您要查找的“订单”不存在;所有结果必须来自叶子。
JTS API看起来很昂贵。包裹在包裹在信封中的点的坐标。您可能想看看ELKI,我发现它具有很高的性能。与流行的看法相反,我发现ELKI R树(至少在STR批量加载时)在32维上仍然可以很好地工作(流行知识声称R树最多只能在10维上使用)。
