不使用SMTP的PHPmailer

我已将PHPMailer文件夹添加到Web服务器上的根文件夹中，而我刚收到一个与SMTP有关的错误。

有没有一种方法可以使用PHPMailer而不需要登录邮件帐户？
我可以让服务器将电子邮件发送到一个地址吗？
