AS 解决support-annotations版本冲突

一、问题来源

二、解决方案

　　在生成jar的build.gradle中的andorid节点里添加如下配置：

    // 解决support-annotations版本冲突
    configurations.all {
        resolutionStrategy.force 'com.android.support:support-annotations:27.1.1'
    }
