但是即使这样，读者也不会重试，工作也会失败

您正在在bean定义方法上添加@Retryable。 Spring仅在配置时调用此方法来创建bean的实例，并且该方法不太可能失败。

您应该在阅读器的read方法上添加注释，该注释在步骤运行时会在运行时调用，并且可能会引发异常：
