看来您遇到了Function Runtime 2.0 Preview Breaking Change。
在门户网站上，功能运行时已更新为2.0.11857.0（检查“功能”应用程序设置面板）。虽然maven插件尚未更新以赶上。
因此，旧的mvn插件构建的代码与最新的运行时不兼容。
解决方法是将函数运行时固定到上一个运行时。转到“应用程序设置”面板，然后将FUNCTIONS_EXTENSION_VERSION从beta更改为2.0.11776-alpha。
