不理想的想法，两次连接到数据库最多是一种解决方法。
可能的解决方案:使用连接池(pgpool，pgbouncer)，因此数据库连接已池化且稳定，并可以快速传递给FCGI守护程序。
问题在于，这触发了另一个错误，psycopg2引发了InterfaceError，因为它试图断开两次连接(pgbouncer已经处理了此问题)。
