如果运行的是Mac OS 10.5.X或更低版本，则不能运行sqlite3。您至少需要Snow Leopard才能进行编译。
而是尝试将您的Gemfile更改为使用sqlite3-ruby 1.2.5
gem 'sqlite3-ruby', '1.2.5', :require => 'sqlite3'
