Python dict无序映射类型。

urllib.urlencode 不仅接受字典,而且还接受键值对序列的序列。您可以使用它来保证输出顺序:

'nonce=10000&command=command'
>>> urllib.urlencode([('command', 'command'), ('nonce', 10000)])
