我刚刚找到了这个废弃的帖子,想分享我的解决方案。

首先,正如您所做的那样,您需要找到python和numpy的python发行版中的include dirs。

以我的Anaconda 1.9.1为例,这是

NUMPYDIR = /Users/dengemann/anaconda/lib/python2.7/site-packages/numpy/core/include/numpy/


其次,您不能直接调用Makefile,而是要确保顶层目录中的setup.py是正确的。

在我的情况下,“ darwin”不受明确支持,因此我添加了它。
