原来这是发布设置中安装URL的问题。我没有使用网络路径，而是使用共享路径。实际位置是在IIS中设置的，因此，当然在共享位置找不到该文件。

将字段“安装文件夹URL”从以下位置更改：

\\\server-name\path

至

http://server-name/path

解决了问题。愚蠢的错误。
