sizeof(buffer);

具有
strlen(buffer);

在服务器部分,即使没有usleep(),一切都正常工作,输出是正确/完整的。

你不能假设一次读就能读到整个消息。TCP中没有消息,只有字节,任何给定的读取都可能返回一个字节,或者一次在对等端进行多次写入的结果。你必须循环和解析。
