2.ftp 传输 ，注意要使用bin模式传输否则会导致以下报错，还有要注意的就是directory 权限read，write

3. impdp导入 由于源库和目标库 结构不一样 ，源库有temp2临时表空间的，导出的用户也是默认这个表空间，还有导出的用户的表放在多个表空间了，我就通过remap_tablespaces 参数都放到users表空间-
