Eclipse发布地址不同引发的问题

eclipse发布到workspace metadata时，进不去http://localhost:8888页面。但是，它可以启动JAZZ和“公司的一个工程”。

而

eclipse发布到tomcat installation时JAZZ可以启动但是，“公司的工程”不可以启动，出现：Address already be bind.....

仍然在探索中。。。

cmd -----ipconfig-----netstat -no | findstr "192.168.1.105"----taskkill /f /pid 7196,清除ip所占用的端口时发现有些端口是有道词典。
