原因：
我们从错误代码里可以看出，可能是因为FastLoad操作还没有完成，或因为FastLoad没有正常结束而导致表不可以查询。
解决办法：
1）查看fastload的log，看哪一步出错。如果是因为errorfiles所指定的error表已经存在，那就删除已经error表重新fastload。或使用其它error表。
2）访问的时候加下locking row for access
