Fix Windows Update issues无法使用window update

1. At the Command Prompt, type the following and then push Enter:
2.  Ren %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bak
3. Ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak
4. Close the Command Prompt window, and reboot your computer.

就是重命名两个文件夹 windows\SoftwareDistribution 和 windows\system32\catroot2
然后重启电脑
