单点登录流程说明：
1.比如ECO平台登录账号，获取到TOKEN
2.在应用中心点击 对接的系统时， ECO平台调用/accreditcode/getAccreditCode获取accredit_code，并跳转 对接系统配置的URL地址，传参accredit_code
3.对接系统获取accredit_code后，调用获取令牌接口，获取到TOKEN
4.对接系统根据TOKEN，获取到用户信息
集成方实现第3和第4步即可。
